I've already made a registry at Babies R'Us, we've found the maternity sections at all the local thrift stores, and I find myself doing research till the wee hours of the morning on which is the best locking mechanism for a car seat travel system. How did I get here?!?! LOL I know I know when a man and a woman love eachother very very much....but really its been a whirlwind of emotions from the first moment. Don't get me wrong I almost feel as if this were a "planned accident". My sister asked me when I told her if we were planning on having a baby. My response was "No, but we weren't trying NOT to have a baby either". When I got the news I was washed over with Joy, Fear, Pride, Joy, Fear, Joy and Joyfear (def: Joyfear (n): 2010 slang, The immediate and inexplicable feeling of YAHOO! mixed with OH CRAP! that every father to be feels when the "Harmless plastic stick" turns into the "Magic Hogwarts Plus Sign/Double Line Wand of Baby") The words rattled about in my head, "congratulations daddy" now what?
